We are looking for an experienced digital professional who can take on the role of Head of Digital Strategy and Operations, with responsibility for all programmatic sales and digital advertising products in DN Media Group.

This role will sit within the Marketing Soltuions Management team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Solutions Officer. This role will be based in Oslo.

Role Responsibilities

  • Commerical strategy for all digital advertising products and ad tech solutions across DN Media Group’s publications
  • Strategy for direct and programmatic buying and selling of ads, including utilization of adtech.
  • Yield strategy and inventory management of cross-group inventory
  • Ensure adherence to privacy legislation and GDPR.
  • Increase digital advertising and adtech competency in the organisation
  • Collaborate with external partners and teams in DN Media Group
  • Leadership of the digital team, including product development and ad ops.

Our ideal candidate should have;

  • Excellent digital competence and experience, with in-depth knowledge of digital advertising eco system, programmatic sales, and adtech platforms.
  • Proven track record in the digital ad space.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to take insights and turn them into concrete action and results.
  • Working in a global environment, and experience of working in matrix organisations is an advantage.
  • Great leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master;s degree in technology, business or similar.
